Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Right to Withdraw (14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period)

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive the goods (or, for split shipments, after the last item is delivered).

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to return the item(s) by sending a clear statement via email or our contact form. You may use the EU model withdrawal form, but it is not required.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Returns must be sent back within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal.
  • You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

3. Items Excluded from Returns

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Custom‑made or personalised products
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
  • Digital content delivered electronically once download or streaming has begun
  • Perishable goods

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return costs or provide a prepaid return label.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the refund until:

  • We receive the returned goods, or
  • You provide proof of having sent them back
    (whichever comes first).

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. In most cases, exchanges are processed as a return + new order.

7. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and a description of the issue.
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with EU consumer law.
